Swindon Fitness Classes for Women

Tuesday 5.45pm
Functional Circuits (Lydiard Millicent, near Swindon)

I designed functional circuits to show women that they are capable of more when they move. I have been using the best functional equipment out there for years so you will be in very experienced hands. Circuits targets the whole body and will increase your heart rate. It’s a mix of low to high intensity using equipment and body weight exercises. It doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or advanced as I can tailor exercise so you progress safely. Each exercise is 30 - 60 secs and the variety of exercises is so motivating. You’ll increase your overall strength, confidence and cardiovascular fitness whilst having fun as you do.

Pilates classes Swindon

Tuesday 6.40pm
Mat Pilates (Lydiard Millicent, near Swindon)

Mat Pilates is low impact with slow controlled movements. Pilates is perfect for rehabilitation and improving flexibility. Each exercise lengthens the muscle, improves joint function and enables the deep core muscles to work slowly. If you have back, joint or muscle issues attending regularly can improve and eradicate these problems. Lastly Pilates relaxes the mind, lowers stress and improves circulation. I believe everyone should try a session. It does not matter where you are starting from as Pilates is all about layering and choosing what works for you. I’ll guide you every step of the way.

Swindon Couch to 5K course run by Train with Jules

Thursday 5.45pm
Run, Walk, Strength Club (West Swindon)

Following the success of my Spring/Summer Couch to 5K and One Mile & Strength Club it's time to mix it up again as we head towards the Autumn colder and darker days. These motivating 45 minute low to moderate intensity sessions combine walk/jog intervals from 60 secs - 5 minutes with recovery periods in between. These sessions also combine a variety of motivating achievable strength exercises using body weight such as squats, lunges, press ups, with core exercises and bicep curls using resistance tubes for example. Most people can run in some capacity and these short intervals from 60 secs - 5 minutes are at your pace, with no pressure, walk if you prefer. After just three sessions you'll see and feel an improvement with your cardiovascular fitness, stamina, bone density, confidence and how you feel.
