I first met Jules for personal training during recovery from a back issue. I was new to exercise and scared of trying because of pain. Jules was fabulous from the start - supportive and encouraging. She really listened. Her PT program was just that, personal to my needs. She encouraged me to join group fitness classes, which was completely outside my comfort zone. I soon learned that the classes were fabulous, great content, and even in a group setting she knows her clients well enough to give specific advice and reassurance. Through Jules I have met so many other women who were like me, nervous to start, looking to make a change, overcoming injuries and issues. It’s made such a difference to my life. Now I am back with Jules using her online vault and in person classes. And loving it!
Jules Boyle Personal Trainer: About Me
My start into the fitness world kicked off in my mid 20s when I was introduced to rugby in 1995, I'd dabbled in going to the gym but had no idea what I was really doing or why. Rugby changed my world and thinking. The fitness, training, team ethic, highs, lows & training in all weathers. But for me being part of a like-minded tribe of women and loving how fitness and movement made me feel.
I picked up a few broken bones and a serious break of my tibia and fib in 2004. This resulted in two nails, months on crutches and another year to get back to full strength. My leg healed and I used this experience to help others heal I qualified as a Sports Therapist in 1995 where I learnt so much. I use my years of sports injury and exercise knowledge to empower others to trust and strengthen their bodies. It's important to move forward and not let these things define your life. I witness every day too many women being held back by past current issues, their thoughts and fears.
I believe hand on heart in the power of movement a positive mindset, good health and staying mobile. I just cannot accept that age, conditions, or ailments define us because there are always ways to adapt and remove barriers. If you don't ever try, then what does your quality of life look like going forward!
